When I was in Lacoste...

City girl went to country side again...
Lacoste is a super super... small town on the south part of France. Most people only know the clothing brand-Lacoste, a crocodile.

However, I really like the atmosphere in Europe, very relaxing, comfortable, simple and a little bite socialism.

Wnen I was in Vermont

working...
snowing...

living... Eating...
Open Studio...

goodbye...

Residency is like a dream...Everything is so pretty but surreal .
Residency is like a pack of
instant noodle...everything is put together so short and condensed.

Beginning point, process and ending points all perfectly fit into 30 days.
Nothing is good or bad, because this is just a snack. However, eating too much may result in cancer.
Friendship, eating habits even desire are all temporary.

I even questioned myself that had I ever been there?

Goodbye, Johnson!

When I was in Chicago....

The home of public art~Windy City

Dear Laura, I saw your work...in the subway station.

I felt a little embarrassed because I will say something about Chicago in front of America people. If I say anything wrong, please correct and tell me. Thank you~

First, Chicago spent lot of money on collecting and inviting artists to create various public art works. Among them, Millennium Park attracts everyone's attention. If you want to know more...check this: http://www.millenniumpark.org/artandarchitecture/

Cloud Gate on the AT&T Plaza..but most people call it: Big Jelly Bean~ do you find me?

Jay Pritzker Pavilion by Frank Gehry, winner of the National Medal of Art.

The Crown Fountain by Spanish artist Jaume Plensa. If you want, you can check youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5eSBFIfXnps

BP Bridge...Connecting Millennium Park to Daley Bicentennial Plaza

Wrigley Square and Millennium Monument

Besides, there are a bunch of master piece in this city. Ha, I admited I was a tourist, so I took a lot of pictures. However, it is really exciting to witness all master works in person, because I known them only from text books before.

City girl goes back city.

Hello, folks
After living in Savannah for 10 months, a city girl goes back city, again.
Crossing Pacific Ocean, from Taipei, Savannah to New York, I am here again.
This is not my first time visiting NYC but she is still attractive and fresh.

I am still waiting for my studio and looking forward to all coming exhibitions in September.
I miss all of you guys, no matter where I am.
